How In Stock Employee Recognition Gifts / Awards Work
The client pre-orders and pays for the employee gifts / awards.
We at Clearmount store the gifts / awards in our stock room.
On a weekly or monthly basis the client sends us a recipient list.
We draw from the stock and personalize the employee gifts / awards.
We then ship the gifts / awards directly to the client or blind ship to the recipients.
Clearmount keeps track of the stock as it is drawn from and when it goes below a set amount that Clearmount and the client have decided upon, the program is reviewed and new awards are ordered.
In this way, if at the end of the year the client wishes to make tweaks or slight changes for the next year we have an idea as to what stock is still available and how many more gifts / awards need to ordered. Clearmount has been running these stock programs for many years. Our longest running program is more than 25 years old.
