There are so many ways you can recognize staff. Years of service awards are a great way to showcase those who have contributed to the growth of a company. For one client, we created a custom-building column award where each piece represents 5 years of an employees hard-work. Each column has the employee name and dates laser engraved on the top, and each block has, on the back, an image that when the pieces are placed together, create a larger montage.
